This is a basic Switch Shape example:

• Drag in an image (or draw some shapes)
• Choose menu Shapes->Group in Switch Shape
• Select Mouse-Over version
• Configure 1 second mouse over animation:
  • Set animator max time to 1 second
  • Set animator time to 1 second
  • Scale to 2x, Rotate by 360
  • Set time to .5 seconds
  • Set Transparency to 50%
  • Set time to 1 second
  • Set Transparency to 0% (opaque)
