This is an example of using ReportMill to dynamically generate a form using an existing pdf file as the background.

This is an actual form, downloaded from the Commonwealth of Virginia's DMV web site. This particular form allows a parent to revoke a minor's driving priviliges.

The dataset is simply an object to represent the minor, and an array of objects to represent the parents/guardians.

ReportMill fills in all the fields of the form (including checkboxes) dynamically from the data.
